Programs for utility customers would typically consist of multiple software applications, as well as emails and printed reports.
Each piece had to comply with the utility's brand guidelines without affecting functionality or messaging. Markup and styles had to be versatile enough to ingest and apply any utility's style guide across the program offering. A flexible, yet robust, framework was created that allowed us to launch new programs and style an entire software suite as well as print and other digital media in a matter of days.
Localization was sometimes required for utilities serving non-English markets.
